A “Hôtel Particulier” of the modern era was created in a prime location at the Opernplatz, surrounded by the green of the Liesl Christ Park, the buildings of the “Gründerzeit” and Haute Couture boutiques. An elegant and luxurious city palace, as was standard for the social life of the Parisian nobility in the 17th and 18th centuries.
